I play flight rising at my college campus on the schools IP. Once I had some space I was going to accept some dragons for dominance from another plague player also on the campus IP, but because there are a fair number of dragons I was worried that I might get dinged.
I was also planning minor transactions with other students (same IP) on different accounts.
