@SevenEggs I'm planning to get this dragon up to level 25 so I'm not sure yet, but what would the worth be if it did and if it didn't?

Level 25s in general can be anywhere from 250k to 300k, with and without eliminate, and also as either a mage or melee. If you're training and selling for profit, it'd be more profitable WITHOUT eliminate as elim is in the 500k+ range.

Good colors and g1 status can probably help bump the price up another 100k or so depending on if people are interested in the colors or not.

Edit: I'd also like to add that typically genes don't matter much with g1s unless they happen to be popular gem genes, but even then, rarely will you get profit that adds up to or surpasses the initial cost of the genes. Since people usually buy g1s as a blank slate to be gened up to their liking, trying to tack extra costs on because the dragon is gened will usually put people off. (It took me months to sell a g1 coatl with art for the same price as a coatl scroll, for example. The coatl also had cherub, so I basically lost profit there.)
