Yep! You can either buy an already hatched gen 1 from the AH by using the 'Generation' filter, or you can obtain unhatched eggs which give a completely randomized triple basic gen 1 dragon of the element of the egg.
Eggs can be found through Scavenging, the Coliseum or buying them from the AH. There are also Nocturne eggs which drop from strange chests during Night of the Nocturne, and Bogsneak eggs which can be brewed at Baldwin's at level 16.

Thank you very much! I was confused about it for awhile now. I know on Wajas you can spend real money on in-game currency which allows you to create a whole new wolf? If I am remembering right.
I know there is no reset feature on FR, so I was trying to get as close to restarting as possible. I wanted to collect a few Gen1s and start from there.
