TOPIC | Raffle help
I'm thinking of making a raffle with one huge prize(Wildclaw scroll+XYX lv25 G1 Wildclaw) and some smaller ones (Chess set+runestones+deity dolls etc), though I'm not sure how to handle the tickets.
I want it to be so newbies can join too and have a fair change, so does anything got a nice idea for ticket price and a limit of them?

@straysilence honestly when I did a raffle last year I priced tickets at 5kt/5g per ticket! mostly just cause I had some pretty expensive stuff. but I've seen a lot of raffles do 1kt/1g per ticket just so everyone has a fair chance at entering. only problem with that, though, is that you aren't guaranteed to make the money back you spent on prizes. I mean, you aren't guaranteed anything at 5kt/5g per ticket either, but you have a greater chance at that price. but! if you aren't concerned about making your money back, I would go with 1-2kt/g per ticket!

I didn't put a limit to the amount of tickets you can buy when I did mine, but maybe if you decide to go with a lower price per ticket to make the max like.....100-150 tickets? just a nice round number would be good!

good luck with your raffle!! :D

@straysilence I recommend that you use this to help you pick the winners for your raffle. :)

@Strixus I think I'll go for 1kt/1g per ticket with a max of 20 per person then. Thank you! ^~^
@APBT I'm going to record the tickets on a spreadsheet so I this I'll use a random number generator between 1-(number of tickets). But thanks for the tip!
