I tried to figure out how to save, and place the saved outfit on my dragon by myself. But I am lost. I have the clothes on my dragon, I renamed the file to save it. But the clothes are not showing up at all on my dragon. I need help, what am I doing wrong?

Ravey the dressing room is just a tool to create outfits. if you want to actually put apparel on your dragon, you'll need to go on the dragon's page, click 'apparel', and select the pieces of apparel from the list

Ah, poooperdoodles! I made a copy of a bunch of my dragons special outfits thinking it would place them on it. Least I can see what they had on though and just double tab it to dress them. This is why my kids don't let me game alone. >.>

the two cats are "badges" for an old dominance push (the lvl 200 cat) and a fundraiser for Earth flight (the 2 mil cat). they mean that i exalted dragons for a total of 200 levels for that push, and donated 2 million treasure to Earth's dominance bank, respectively.
lots of dominance events have badges awarded for meeting certain conditions, often related to exalting or sending to a certain flight a certain amount of leveled dragons. i thought these two looked pretty nice so i put them in my signature ^-^

I haven't tried that part of the game yet, but winning some pretty awesome badges might make it worth it while. I'll keep an eye open for them in the future.
