Hey y'all, my sib wants to try and get into Flight Rising again. They had an account- however, not only did they forget their password, but the email they used to get into FR has been deactivated due to it being a school email. So they were planning on just making a new one- is that allowed? I know having 2 accounts is against the rules, but their old one is pretty much unreachable, and they'd like to start over, anyway.
Also, would we be in danger of termination if our accounts shared the same WiFi, and possibly the same computer?

No. The ToU states you get one account. Your sibling can send in a Contact Us ticket and the staff can send them the means of proving that the account is theirs. You do not need to be signed in to use the Contact Us form.
