I'd like to create or commision a custom accent for a dragon in remembrance of my grandfather who passed away on the 5th. I grew up with him smoking a pipe and even though he quit smoking years ago, I still see him with that pipe every time I think of him.
So now my question is, am I allowed to create or commision an accent (for a male snapper) that portrays the dragon smoking a pipe?
I've been trying to find something in the rules about it being forbidden, but I haven't been able to find anything (yet), however people have told me it is forbidden, which makes me uncertain. This is why I'd like to know for sure.
So if a mod or admin could tell me for sure, or someone else with evidence in the rules, I'd be grateful.

This might belong in the Help forum but tbh I would like to know this too as I want to make an accent for a dragon smoking a cigarette. I've heard there is a Coatl accent where the tongue as been turned into a cigarette but it could be old and grandfathered in per say.

If it's anything, there's already accents of dragon smoking a pipe. Although the smoke coming out is quite fantasy-feeling and not very realistic, but the pipe itself is, just a pipe.
