No; your only option is to move your dragons around within tabs so that the dragon purchases go where you want
(I'm probably explaining that terribly, so for an example in my lair the dump tab is my second tab because I moved every single perma dragon I had into the second tab and made that my main tab)

No, the tab with the purple arrow is always where new dragons will go.
What you
can do is move all the dragons in it into different tabs. That's what I did, anyway. Just because your main lair was moved into the reception tab by default doesn't mean they need to stay there!

you can change the position of the 'inbox' tab by clicking the part with the 4 dots on the side and dragging it, so that it is not the first one you and other people see and rename it. otherwise the above responses are correct.
