Fyi, the account wouldn't get banned if the name was 'forbidden' or anything. The dragon would just be reverted to Unnamed.
If this is abused it could lead to account penalties but that's a different story.
As for the OP, there have been a few errors with the naming generator/screen in the past few weeks. It might be related
Like people hit "accept" and it gives them a different name then what's in the field... it might have re-randomized to one of the banned names that's still in the generator? It might be a whole other glitch all it's own... /shrugs

Maybe it's something else, like your dragon being on the AH (which displays the same message as it would if you entered a swear word).
