hi! i'm wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a screenshot system that's easy to use. i want to take screenshots of my hoard and be able to scratch out items i don't want to sell!
i have lightshot but i kind of hate it, hopefully there's something better. i have an apple macbook if that matters (edit: seems like it does!), and since i use google chrome, chrome extensions are perfect :-)

If your using windows, search for Snip on your tool bar, take a photo, edit it and scratch out anything, and then host them on Imgur. I do it for everything!

There's a shortcut for that!
Control + Switch Window - for the entire screen
Control + Shift + Switch Window - for a certain area on the screen you select
Switch window is the 6th button on the very top of the keyboard.

Greenshot is a free tool that my coworkers swear by. If you're a little more technical, ShareX has a LOT of functionality, including automatic upload.

lovebite On a Mac, you can hold Command+Shift+4 and you'll get a target that you can drag around what you want to screenshot. It'll save the file on your desktop. Command+Shift+3 takes a screenshot of your entire screen.

thank you! however, i am looking for a program that doesn't just save to my files, and i'm not sure if on a mac you can edit screenshots.

Hello! I do not have chrome but I found this extension that says it has editing capabilities

Gyazo is free to start. and doesn't need a hosting site.
You can upgrade to the pro version to edit screenshots right there. or edit in paint and simply retake a screenshot of the edited pic without needing to save.
