Hello,

So, I bought 10$ worth of gems about 15 ago. But I didn't get any Paypal email receipts as I usually do. So, thinking I messed up or cancelled early, I bought 10$ more worth of gems and the same thing happened. I still haven't received any gems or Paypal purchase notifications. What gives? The gem page says they're supposed to be instantly applied to my account, and it's always been instant for me in the past. I wanna try again in case I messed up since I still don't have a Paypal receipt, but I'm worried it'll just end up charging me thrice.

mm, just had the same issue. bought $30 worth of gems and only one has cleared so far and that took like 10 minutes.. I'm going to guess there's a bit of lag between the FR server and paypal because of the new species.

I suppose i too will wait :0

edit: Also, OP, I think you may get double-charged for your second transaction. I would speak with the Help Desk immediately about that, so you don't get double charged.

Edit 2: Just got the second payment put through. OP, you should check to see if you got your gems!

Got the confirmation email just came through, took a couple more minutes to add them to my account but they showed up! It’s probably just the lag like you mentioned, thank you for the information though!!

I am having the same problem, no invoice on my paypal account, no gems here. I'll wait a day, too, but normally it's instantaneous for me, and I at least get to see my balance change on paypal, even if the gems need another minute or two.

I'm 8 hours ahead of FR time, so sorry if I don't respond immediately to pings/messages ^^'[/center]
Having similar issues; no gems for about 30 min and no confirmation email from
PayPal as of yet, though my bank account is counting the money as spent. Hopefully it'll all come in before 24 hrs, but I guess I'll see :/

I'm having the same issue. It worked immediately last night (around 7:30pm EST), but nothing as of my most recent purchase about 10 minutes ago.
