I've been looking for the new Gaoler gene drops in the Colisuem for a little while now, for any of the new ones honestly (weathered, spirit, phantom) but does anyone know the best place to look for them? Or is it just a very low rate in all venues? Is there a best venue to farm for them? I spent all my money on marketplace Gaoler genes so it'd be nice to find these ones myself rather than buy them in the auction house

Like Python and Morph, the new Gaoler coliseum-exclusive genes drop in all venues! The recommendation for something that drops as rarely as genes or elims is, essentially; maximize the number of battles (and enemies) you can complete in a given stretch of time. The Training Fields might be your go-to, because most dragons beyond level 5 or so can one-shot the enemies, but most battles there are one or two enemies. Woodland Path and higher are better bets. Sandswept Delta has lots of 4-enemy packs, and the Volcanic Vents has the highest net gain from hoardselling the materials/trinkets/food you get per hour according to Maki's guide here!

@SeaCrest
Ah yeah thank you! I've mostly been trying the training fields and woodland path because I know I can go through a lot of battles relatively quickly (at least I get a lot of food from it)
Guess I just gotta keep at it :3
