@PyroCamera Gnarlhorns is currently the only Gaoler gem tertiary, so nothing will have 50/50 odds with it. you can see the rarities here.

Gaolers are currently undergoing testing here but I can tell you that Gnarlhorns is the only tertiary gem gene so your odds are roughly 3% Gnarlhorns to 97% Scorpion and everything else is 1-2% Gnarlhorns.
Check the Gem Specialty Marketplace for all gem genes.
