so I'm new around and I'm trying to level up in the crystal pool in the coliseum, but I have some trouble to win.

I currently have 3 dragons (2 arcane 1 lightning) with 41 quickness 11 vitality and the rest in strenght and I got a level up, but I'm not sure what to boost to keep up.
Should I put more strenght or quickness ?

Instead of one or the other, I'd recommend buying Tinctures and doing a full restatting according to either Sedona Guide (if no Eliminate) or Culex Guide (if Eliminate). They are currently the best stats for levelling a full team.

For comparison, Lv21 Sedona stats are 103 STR/ 50 QCK/ 35 VIT, and Culex 110 STR/ 50 QCK/ (no vit), so while you are close you are missing some important points from both STR and QCK.

and where can I find those tincture? there is none in the marketplace so I'm a bit confused on how I could find those

Auction House usually has them, though the price might be slightly higher than on MP. (Also, I'd give them the augment stones first - you won't be able to reach the recommended stats without the stones and giving them first means less chances for accidental misstatting)
