Hello! I can do both things, though I'd prefer to take one dragon at a time to train to 25.
As for grinding, I believe I have 5 lvl 25 dragons overall with eliminate (I can link them if needed).

I can try and level one dragon for you! I've got 3 Level 25 dragons with eliminate, and I am pretty tolerable about sitting in the Kelp Beds to level dragons.
