Bluwingskitty it means that for me, because I'm in Shadow and we have dominance this week, I get a discount on items from the marketplace like skins, so they cost less for me. So instead of paying 35,000 t for a festival skin, I paid 29,750 t.
Because I accidentally bought too many of that skin I'm just trying to get the treasure I spent on it back. So I am willing to trade you the skin for the cheaper price I paid.
