Hello! I would recommend using the which waystone as a new player, it gives you some good tips on how to start.
A good way to make money as a new player is to play games in the fairgrounds- Artifracture and Glimmer and Gloom are the most profitable.
Also go to gather items- you can get some free stuff every day there!

A suggestion of mine would be to go visit 'The Traveler's Tree'. It is a Giveaway Hatchery and Fodder Rescue. You can pick up free dragons if you are new or will give them a good home =D
