There will be thirty winners in all (one for each of our participating artists) with many more opportunities to get smaller pieces from select artists from the [b]Mini-Drawings[/b] happening every [b]Wednesday[/b] and [b]Saturday![/b] [b]This is an [i]OPEN[/i] raffle[/b], which means that anyone may participate, not just Arcane members. It's only called the [i]Arcanist Art Raffle[/i] because it takes place in September, when Arcanist rules supreme! However, said winners do not have the choice of which artist they receive art from, unlike the Final Drawing. There will be five-seven artists for each Mini-Drawing, with some recurring artists each round. Drawing happens at rollover, with results posted after rollover is complete.[/color][/size] [center][size=4][color=purple][b][i]The Final Drawing[/i][/b][/center] [size=4][color=purple]The Final Drawing happens on the last day of the raffle, (give or take, depending on how long it takes us to tally everything) with winners drawn in groups of five. Each group will be given a poll to indicate who their top five artists would be and, depending on which winner was drawn first, may or may not get their first choice, but still be happy with one of their artists of choice.[/size] [size=3][color=purple][b][u]For example[/u][/b]:[/size][/color] [quote][size=3][color=purple]Ami, Jeff, Max, Josh, and Karen are all winners. They each fill out a poll with their top artists of choice, in order of preference. Since Ami was drawn first, she is guaranteed her artist of choice. Jeff also wanted the artist that Ami had chosen, but since he was drawn second, he gets his second artist of choice. Max wanted BOTH of those artists as his first choice, so he gets his third artist of choice. Josh didn’t want any of the artists that Ami, Jeff or Max had chosen, so he gets his first choice, etc. Once all the winners in the group have an artist, the poll is updated with the artists that are still available and the second group is drawn and pinged accordingly.
