MASTER RAFFLE PINGLIST
So our old pinglist is out of date and has people on it that don't want to be there and such, so I'm making this pinglist so those that want to be on these pinglists can be. I'm going to be taking some of the old raffle pinglists information, and if you want a new raffle added, please let me know. I will also be selecting a raffle of the week randomly ever week and putting their banner on here so that different raffle's can be show off in this thread. If you want your raffle featured, send me a pm, of what flight rising mans to you, and i will randomly select one of these pms to be our raffle of the week.

HOW TO BE CONSIDERED
1. Raffle has to have been open for at least the start of the week
2. Must have a banner for me to put in the thread
3. Send me a pm of the banner and a link to the raffle with the title "RAFFLE OF THE WEEK"
4. In your pm tell me what flight rising means to you, or something about flight rising that you are happy about. This will be featured with your banner and raffle
5. I will randomly select a raffle for the week and it will stay up all week.
6. TO BE ELIGIBLE YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR BANNER EVERY WEEK TO BE CONSIDERED
7. Raffle of the week winners can not be considered to be on the banner of the week again for at least 2 weeks after winning.
