If you would like to see the whole image of a familiar either ask or go to the auction house and type in the name of the familiar, then click the image that's listed there. You can also find the whole image in the bestiary, though only if you look in a bestiary of a person who has it, so I would recommend either the other methods I listed or clicking on the little book icon under my avatar and looking for it. (The familiars are listed in ABC order!)

Coli is short for Coliseum, by the way.
So you need to level dragons to get up to higher venues.

When your dragons level up you can go to "Abilities & Stats" and spend your experience there. You can also equip battle stones to your dragons. Level 25 is the highest level.
