[*]So how does this work? The prize is a level 25 dragon. We need a dragon, battle stones, and other stuff to make it happen, and all these special 'ingredients' will have to be donated by you. Except for the dragon. I will personally train a pretty dragon for the raffle.
[*] The build of the dragon will be a CULEX farmer (regular or a mage for GW) by default. A tincture will be provided with each prize if you wish to change its build.

But Eliminate is so expensive...
Yes, it is. That's why there's a whole set of rules regarding eliminate!
It is slightly complicated, so please bear with me!
To make it easier to run, let's divide the price of the eliminate stone into multiple slots so each slot is around 10kT/10G. There will be no limit to the number of donations one can make to the elimination 'ticket slots', and participants are still free to donate stones even after 30 tickets have been collected. However, the same rule of all donations will be considered as one 'ticket' still applies.
If more than 30 'tickets' are collected, the slots beyond that will be counted as valid for the upcoming round.
But AH prices fluctuate!
Right. I considered this issue.
If eliminate ends up costing more than 30kT/300G, I will use the next few slots past 30 to compensate (1 per 10kT/10G), and the donators will get a place in the raffle. So let's say the price of an eliminate stone rises to 45kT. And we have collected 50 slots. Normally the last 20 people to donate will be allocated spots in the next round, but in this case, to get that pricey elim, I would add the 31st-45th participants into the drawing pool and the last 5 people to donate into the next round's drawing pool.
What if the price inflates by less than 10kT/10G? Prices will be rounded up, and the next slot will be used.
What can I donate to fill eliminate slots?
I want to fulfill the 'ticketless' theme while giving people as much freedom as possible, so I've come up with a list of items, with each individual item counting as 1000T/1G acceptable for donation to fill that elimination slot! So you can send in any combination of items that are listed below as long as they amount to 10kT/10G. I will sell all items donated to buy that eliminate stone.
1. Elemental ability stones (bolts/slashes/sear, disorient, etc) The fancy Baldwin stones count as 2 elemental ability stones!
2. A total of at least 297 food points. For your reference, that is a 99 stack of 3 food points. No restrictions on food type.
3. Transmutation items. Goos, ooze, sludges, the like.
4. Coliseum/swipp skins/accents. Say Depleted Dreams, coliseum familiar skins.
5. Holiday currency
6. Chests(even the leafy packs and bone chests from the coliseum count!)
Can I still donate food outside of the eliminate slots?
Yes, definitely! But note that the 297 total food point rule still apply.
Why don't you just run a ticket raffle, TwilightBlue?
Well, because ticket raffles are just too much work. I need to come up with prize packs and all and get rare stuff and pretty dragons to raffle off. Then I gotta calculate cost and profit and manage the raffle list. Too much work man.
Plus ticketless raffles are more 'versatile'. Newbies and old players alike can join because you can send in quite an array of items instead of treasure and gems.
For me, I can sell items donated to buy eliminate stones. The food you donate (those not in eliminate slots), I can sell or use to feed my own dragons.
