I made this raffle, so you can have happy and healthy dragons. No dragons suffered during the making of this raffle.[/center] [center][size=4][b][u]Rules[/u][/b][/size][/center] [center]Comment to join! :D Tickets are free (:D), but remember: only newbies can join this raffle! There is no tier system, but there are mini-raffles. These mini raffles include a bump raffle, referring raffle, promo raffle, and dragon raffle. They were added, so more people can have a chance to win something. :D Only 1 person can win 1 raffle. 5 winners will be drawn for each raffle. This is so if the same person appears to win more than one raffle, that person will only receive the BIGGEST prize, so others will have extra chances. The winners will have 60 hours to claim their prizes. Should a winner not receive their prize in time, a random person that did NOT win a prize will be selected for said prize. The Raffle started November 12, 2017 at 16:55 Server Time and ended on [b]November 25, 2017[/b] at [b]19:00[/b] Server Time. Winners will be drawn days after.
