Open stalls of colorful fabrics line the bazaar and giant stone stairs descend directly into the sea. Dragons of all kinds can be seen milling about, but one Guardian in particular has positioned herself in an open alcove above. She seems at ease, but her gaze sweeps tirelessly over the proceedings.
