  • LGBT+ characters and users are more then welcome.
  • This will not necessarily be a "first come, first serve" RP. I ask that you're at least semi-literate, and can dish out at least 3, 4 to 5 paragraphs per post and have decent grammar and spelling. If I know you well enough, and I know your writing style, then you won't have to provide an exsample.
  • Characters are biped, not "Anthro." These characters can stand/walk/run on their back legs, and grasp objects with their front paws, but also drop back down on all fours to run/walk.
  • For the moment, players are allowed 1 character each. This will change over time, when we get further into the roleplay, of course!
  • Classes are limited to one kind of weapon and armor, as listed in the "Classes" section, below. So, a Rogue would not be able to learn magic and wear a set of robes, nor would a Mage be able to wield a sword and have a big set or steel armor.

KNIGHT
Knights use a wide variety of swords, and sometimes shields if they wish to follow the Guardian's path. Heavy hitters, they wear more sturdy armor, but are slower then avrage.

Legend says that these three taught the first cats in Caerwyn how to walk on their hind legs and how to fight with weapons, Thaleia gifting some with magic. Zofara was actually said to be a demi-god, who slipped in while Isyus and Thaleia's backs were turned, and claimed the first dying soul. He taught the cats the art of thievery and stealth, when the greater deities returned to the stars. They are referred to as [i]The Trio[/i], and their breeds are the "Logos" of their respective class types. . If a cat has magic, it is revealed rather early in life. Usually, the feline will have something... odd, about them. Seemingly blind looking eyes, a strange marking, or actually preforming magic at a very young age. Magic is semi-inherited, as cats with no magic-wielding ancestors can sometimes be born with the gift. . Cats usually walk, but some creature-savvy cats have been able to tame and breed "Mounts" for others. (See Bestiary for the different kinds of mounts and pets that are available.) . A cat cannot be more then one class. If a cat is a Mage or not, is determined very early in a cat's life. A Rogue or Knight would not be able to learn magic later in life, and a Mage cannot "unlearn" magic. Mages are actually rather rare, as there is roughly 250 in existence at the moment, in the population of roughly over 1,000 cats. A Knight or Rogue [i]could[/i] change classes with one another, but only if they choose to do so extremely early on. . The landscape of Caerwyn is mostly forest, fields, hills, some scattered mountain ranges, rivers and lakes. Works on one's self, as well.[/i] "Candle's Aura" - [i]The user summons a small orb of light that follows them around for roughly five minutes, unless dismissed sooner. Can act as a flash-bang in tight situations.[/i] "Flame Tongue" - [i]Unleash a blast of flame from your mouth like a dragon, burning enemies to a crisp! Doesn't work in the rain.[/i] "River Dancer" - [i]Preform a dance to call upon a small wave that plows your enemies down. Be careful, though! Your allies might get caught in the mini-tidal wave, too.[/i] [size=2][b]NECROMANCER[/b][/size] "Soul Call" - [i]Using a strange spell that is spoken in an unknown tongue, you can call forth a spirit of a long dead warrior to fight for you, for about two minutes.[/i] "Animate Dead" - [i]Paw out stretched, you are able to assemble a skeleton from... somewhere, which will fight for you. He's quite fragile though, and can only survive a few hits.[/i] "Life Steal" - [i]By touching another creature, you can steal some of their life essence.[/i] "Blood-Blade" - [i]Using your own blood--or the blood of someone else, you can create a sword or dagger to fight with. The spell lasts for as long as the caster (or whoever you took the blood from) is alive. It slowly drains the health of whoever's blood was used.[/i] "Raise Dead" - [i]This spell automatically allows you to revive another's life only if the body hasn't been left for at least ten days. But be warned, this spell does not heal any magical diseases, curses, etc. This, however, will fail if the feline is missing any important organs or body parts.[/i] "Ray of Enfeeblement" - [i]From your paw springs a black colored beam that flies towards your target. This spell works perfectly though if you are standing in a far range position. A warning that it only lasts for two minutes so don't go too far![/i] "Obfuscation" - [i]Large shadows circle inward on your opponent, interfering with their perception of the world. Be sure to hide it well, or place it quickly. Traps out in the open can be spotted, and thus avoided easier.[/i] "Trap Seer" - [i]Be able to locate traps easily! This skill can only be used a few/once times a dungeon, however.[/i] "Lock Picker" - [i]Be it with your claws or a legitimate lickpick, you can open up doors, chests and just about anything, if you try hard enough. Some locks are harder then others, however.[/i] [size=2][b]ASSASSIN[/b][/size] "Sharp Shooter" - [i]Using a bow as your secondary weapon, you can now strike with deadly arrows, from a much father distance. Nobody'll know what hit 'em, unless you get spotted.[/i] "Shadow Dancer" - [i]Blend with the darkness and confuse your enemies with an attack from out of nowhere. Be warned: If you're not quiet, your cover will be blown.[/i] "Poison Bombs" - [i]Throw a poison bomb at your enemies, suffocating and poisoning them. However, this attack can miss, if the opponent is fast enough.[/i] "Battle Cry" - [i]Unleash a terrifying roar, frightening and deafening opponents--and allies, unless they're standing behind you, so be careful.[/i] [size=2][b]FENCER[/b][/size] "Frenzy" - [i]Charge forward with blinding speeds and flashing sword, jabbing rapidly at your opponent, turning them into a pin cushion. Bleeding is a definite side effect.[/i] "Discreet Strike" - [i]Mock attacks, "miss" what seemed like your target, and strike a pressure point that your enemy won't even feel--until it's too late, and they lay paralyzed at your paws! Upon such events, they will attempt to kick out who/whatever is in their space, dealing minor damage. Very easy to defeat.[/i] "Goop" - [i]Simply a larger and slightly stronger variant of Slimy.[/i] "Faux" - [i]Looks like a fox, sounds... kinda like a fox? Acts nothing like one. This strange creature seems to resemble a small, black creature with what looks like a red fox's pelt drapped over it. Can be extremely dangerous if there is over three.[/i] "Wulf" - [i]Similar to the Faux, it may look and sound like a wolf, but you better believe that this is much more dangerous.[/i] [b]Pets[/b] "Fermet" - [i]A noodle-like creature, Fermets are usually brown, tan or black. They resemble a ferret, but with floppy ears. The males have little nub horns. Ranges from 40 to 60 Gold in price.[/i] "Birds" - [i]Smaller birds are 10 to 20 Gold, while bigger birds range from 30 to 60 Gold. Birds of prey are not available for sale, as they are harder to tame and/or breed.[/i] "Tabbit" - [i]A cute little bunny, these guys come in all colors of tabby markings and ear-variants you can think of. Ranges from 30 to 60 Gold.[/i] "Rodents" - [i]From Gem-Mice to Butterfly-Chinchilla, rodents usually range from 20 to 50 Gold.[/i] [b]Mounts[/b] "Field Deer" - [i]A tiny deer for cats to ride, Field Deer are quick and agile, but not good on rocky terrain. Field Deer are the cheapest mount, going for about 1,000 Gold each.[/i] "Mock Phoenix" - [i]A flightless bird, they have fantastic endurance, and can make it through the hottest summer. Keep them away from the cold, though! Mock Phoenixes go for about 1,500 Gold.[/i] "Dwarf Dragon/Wyvern" - [i]A miniature dragon, they come in standard, four-legged with tiny, useless wings, or Wyvern, which can fly. Wyverns are currently still being domesticated, and are not available for purchase. Dwarf Dragons are a very rare mount, racking up at 3,000 to 4,000 gold for the standard colors (Green, Red, Blue.), and even MORE for the rarer variants. Dwarf Dragons are nearly impossible to breed, as well, being fussy about their mates and only choosing one for life. They can cover any ground, amazing climbers, and can even assist their riders in combat. They're extremely smart, and often form strong bonds with their handler.[/i] "Kelpies" - [i]Kelpies have the front half of a horse, including the equine legs. A huge tail that can sometimes have fins helps Kelpies swim gracefully. Kelpies have huge wing like fins on their bodies, and q mane made out of water that does not seem to follow physics. Kelpies have scales that vary a million shades of blue. (They will vary from 2000-3500 Gold, but are currently undiscovered.)[/i]

A cat cannot be more then one class. If a cat is a Mage or not, is determined very early in a cat's life. A Rogue or Knight would not be able to learn magic later in life, and a Mage cannot "unlearn" magic. Mages are actually rather rare, as there is roughly 250 in existence at the moment, in the population of roughly over 1,000 cats.
A Knight or Rogue could change classes with one another, but only if they choose to do so extremely early on.

SPELLS

"Healing Touch" - The user lays a paw upon their wounded ally, giving them a burst of rejuvenation. Works on one's self, as well.
"Candle's Aura" - The user summons a small orb of light that follows them around for roughly five minutes, unless dismissed sooner. Can act as a flash-bang in tight situations.
"Flame Tongue" - Unleash a blast of flame from your mouth like a dragon, burning enemies to a crisp! Doesn't work in the rain.
"River Dancer" - Preform a dance to call upon a small wave that plows your enemies down. Be careful, though! Your allies might get caught in the mini-tidal wave, too.
NECROMANCER
"Soul Call" - Using a strange spell that is spoken in an unknown tongue, you can call forth a spirit of a long dead warrior to fight for you, for about two minutes.
"Animate Dead" - Paw out stretched, you are able to assemble a skeleton from... somewhere, which will fight for you. He's quite fragile though, and can only survive a few hits.
"Life Steal" - By touching another creature, you can steal some of their life essence.
"Blood-Blade" - Using your own blood--or the blood of someone else, you can create a sword or dagger to fight with. The spell lasts for as long as the caster (or whoever you took the blood from) is alive. It slowly drains the health of whoever's blood was used.
"Raise Dead" - This spell automatically allows you to revive another's life only if the body hasn't been left for at least ten days. But be warned, this spell does not heal any magical diseases, curses, etc. This, however, will fail if the feline is missing any important organs or body parts.
"Ray of Enfeeblement" - From your paw springs a black colored beam that flies towards your target. This spell works perfectly though if you are standing in a far range position. A warning that it only lasts for two minutes so don't go too far!
"Obfuscation" - Large shadows circle inward on your opponent, interfering with their perception of the world. Duration time of this spell only lasts thirty seconds.

THIEF
"Trapper" - You can build and set traps for your enemies to step on and yowl out in pained surprise. Be sure to hide it well, or place it quickly. Traps out in the open can be spotted, and thus avoided easier.
"Trap Seer" - Be able to locate traps easily! This skill can only be used a few/once times a dungeon, however.
"Lock Picker" - Be it with your claws or a legitimate lickpick, you can open up doors, chests and just about anything, if you try hard enough. Some locks are harder then others, however.
ASSASSIN
"Sharp Shooter" - Using a bow as your secondary weapon, you can now strike with deadly arrows, from a much father distance. Nobody'll know what hit 'em, unless you get spotted.
"Shadow Dancer" - Blend with the darkness and confuse your enemies with an attack from out of nowhere. Be warned: If you're not quiet, your cover will be blown.
"Poison Bombs" - Throw a poison bomb at your enemies, suffocating and poisoning them. However, your allies can get easily get caught in the gas if they're not careful, so watch out!

TACTICS

GUARDIAN
"Battering Ram" - Charge shield-first into the enemy, mowing them down or stunning them harshly. However, this attack can miss, if the opponent is fast enough.
"Battle Cry" - Unleash a terrifying roar, frightening and deafening opponents--and allies, unless they're standing behind you, so be careful.
FENCER
"Frenzy" - Charge forward with blinding speeds and flashing sword, jabbing rapidly at your opponent, turning them into a pin cushion. Bleeding is a definite side effect.
"Discreet Strike" - Mock attacks, "miss" what seemed like your target, and strike a pressure point that your enemy won't even feel--until it's too late, and they lay paralyzed at your paws!

.BESTIARY.

Monsters
"Slimy" - Most commonly found in bright green, Slimy are generally harmless, unless their territory is intruded upon. Upon such events, they will attempt to kick out who/whatever is in their space, dealing minor damage. Very easy to defeat.
"Goop" - Simply a larger and slightly stronger variant of Slimy.

"Faux" - Looks like a fox, sounds... kinda like a fox? Acts nothing like one. This strange creature seems to resemble a small, black creature with what looks like a red fox's pelt drapped over it. Can be extremely dangerous if there is over three.
"Wulf" - Similar to the Faux, it may look and sound like a wolf, but you better believe that this is much more dangerous.

Pets
"Fermet" - A noodle-like creature, Fermets are usually brown, tan or black. They resemble a ferret, but with floppy ears. The males have little nub horns. Ranges from 40 to 60 Gold in price.
"Birds" - Smaller birds are 10 to 20 Gold, while bigger birds range from 30 to 60 Gold. Birds of prey are not available for sale, as they are harder to tame and/or breed.
"Tabbit" - A cute little bunny, these guys come in all colors of tabby markings and ear-variants you can think of. Ranges from 30 to 60 Gold.
"Rodents" - From Gem-Mice to Butterfly-Chinchilla, rodents usually range from 20 to 50 Gold.

Mounts
"Field Deer" - A tiny deer for cats to ride, Field Deer are quick and agile, but not good on rocky terrain. Field Deer are the cheapest mount, going for about 1,000 Gold each.
"Mock Phoenix" - A flightless bird, they have fantastic endurance, and can make it through the hottest summer. Keep them away from the cold, though! Mock Phoenixes go for about 1,500 Gold.
"Dwarf Dragon/Wyvern" - A miniature dragon, they come in standard, four-legged with tiny, useless wings, or Wyvern, which can fly. Wyverns are currently still being domesticated, and are not available for purchase. Dwarf Dragons are a very rare mount, racking up at 3,000 to 4,000 gold for the standard colors (Green, Red, Blue.), and even MORE for the rarer variants. Dwarf Dragons are nearly impossible to breed, as well, being fussy about their mates and only choosing one for life. They can cover any ground, amazing climbers, and can even assist their riders in combat. They're extremely smart, and often form strong bonds with their handler.
"Kelpies" - Kelpies have the front half of a horse, including the equine legs. A huge tail that can sometimes have fins helps Kelpies swim gracefully. Kelpies have huge wing like fins on their bodies, and q mane made out of water that does not seem to follow physics. Kelpies have scales that vary a million shades of blue. (They will vary from 2000-3500 Gold, but are currently undiscovered.)

Her father was a dancer, and he taught her how to do so, when she asked one summer's day. She became wonderful at it, often dancing with her mother and father whenever she could.
