hey! my name's caly, and i'm on an ongoing search for rp partners! i am 23, on fr time, and use he/him pronouns. i think i'm friendly? i like to chat with the people i rp with, especially about whatever we come up with to rp. i can be awkward, but i try really hard alright, and i open up pretty quick especially over text based conversation.

i do have an anxiety disorder, alongside adhd and avpd, which understandably makes me a little difficult to talk to. i don't mind being poked to respond though!

i prefer to roleplay over forms or google docs (depending on content), while chatting on an im program like discord or skype!

i love writing pretty much anything, but i love action, romance, and horror the best. i kinda love gore and body horror type junk, so if that bothers you, you may want to let me know right away so we can avoid it.

also, don't worry about my lack of caps! i write with them during actual rp c:

depending on the length we're shooting back and forth text wise, i take somewhere between a day and a week to respond. i am very lenient as far as post length and time. all i ask as that i get more than once sentence in response. i can write two paragraphs to about an essay. don't let it worry you though! i do not expect posts to mirror mine.

don't worry about replying immediately, i don't mind when you post, but i also ask that if i can't respond for whatever reason you don't consistently pester me. i have a physically demanding job and a sleep schedule for the dead, so sometimes i just can't respond. i'm not ignoring you! i promise.

if you need to drop the rp for whatever reason, that's also okay! i get it. i'd like a little heads up, but honestly if it doesn't happen, no big deal.

i don't have anything we need to avoid theme wise. let me know if there's something you can't do, and i'll avoid it like the plague. comfort is very important around here. for that reason, i'd like if you are over 18 if you'd like to do a romance rp.

hiraeth:

a longstanding project of mine that has been under construction for the better part of ten years. it is set in an fantasy world in the aftermath of a world-ending event that happened thousands of years ago. mages are poached for their blood, and humans hold a racially-fueled fist over most major cites. this website isn't even close to being finished, but you can read up on some stuff here.

starcrossed:

something a bit newer, starcrossed is a history based setting. people from across time and space are linked telepathically, and are able to communicate to each other from their respective timelines. in times of turmoil, they can manifest themselves that their clustermate's side to help them. these people are generally born in a time of great strife, and have a great burden to bear, whether it is fighting in a war, or killing someone of significance, or saving someone. this is excellent for romance, just saying.

a world where soulmates share the injuries either one obtains. muse a works a simple desk job. muse b is a crime fighting vigilante that is always getting beat up.

reincarnation is a well known phenomenon. muse a is bounty hunter trained specifically to hunt people who commit suicide to get out of a sentence. they are hunting muse b, who was killed in order to be framed for a crime they didn't commit.

fed up with the way humanity treated her, mother nature ended the world as we know it. however, every spring, civilization is regrown from complex flora. every fall, everything dies, and humanity is left to fend for itself.

a diner on the side of the highway is a liminal space; the walls the separate the universes there are thin. muse a stops by there on the way back to their parents house. there, they meet someone. every time after that, they see this person until they fall for them. unfortunately, this person is from another universe, and the only time they can be together is in that diner.

muse a is royalty. muse b is a guard. muse a never really got to do kid things, but muse b grew up on the streets. shenanigans ensue.
