Panza walked through the dense forests of the Shadow flight, he was just here to visit, perhaps sell some random rock he painted a turquoise color, and gather some tidbits of information for his clan leader, he was lucky his clothes covered his contrasting coat of feathers and scales. Otherwise he would have already been spotted by now. What he needed was to find a small hunting party, or some dragons by themselves, not a whole squadron of shadow flight dragons thinking there was an intruder within their territory. Then again, not all clans had such a strict "visitor policy" like his. Maybe the dragons would just ignore him? He pressed on low to the ground, slithering through the brush like a snake.

She had her back to Panza, and she and her allies sat in a triangle. She was facing the guardian but the skydancer had his back to the group, wiping at the blade of his sword with a fine-looking but somewhat dirty cloth. [b]"Hmm?"[/b] she continued, cracking a grin and tilting her head as she unfolded a map and held it facing away from her.
[b]"All wrong so far, I guess it is too old?"[/b] the guardian replied, earning a glance and raised brow from both of his allies.
"Mm-hum!" a pitchy voice hummed.

Panza could hear a group of dragons talking, he quickly moved over to them.
One of the dragons had their back to him, while the other guardian appeared to be facing his direction. However they hadn't seen him quite yet.
He slinked around the side of the green wildclaw peering at their weapons and claws.
"Why hello there fellow travelers, I hear your in need of a more...up to date map?Well I have just the thing for you! My name Is Panza, and while I'm certain you weren't expecting a guide I'm here to provide one, I will lead you where you want to go, in my travels I've crossed every path in Sornieth and I can take you where you want to go....for a small price, of course"
Of course half of that story was complete and total lies, while he had been almost everywhere in Sornieth, he remembered almost nothing about where he traveled, in fact he'd be lost if he didn't already have a map of his own clan territory and the shadow territories.
But these dragons didn't know that of course....

The skydancer swordsdrake stood up at the approach of a stranger, turning to look at Panza. He looked as though he were about to reply when, the green wildclaw tipped her head back far enough that it was upsidedown, peering at Panza and waving him towards the rest of the group with a cheerful "Mm-hmm!" In the process, she'd let go of the map. "Hey!" she stated towards the guardian, who watched this all with a lazy smile.
The blue skydancer cleared his throat quietly and spoke. "Do you know the way to Inkborn Grotto?" he asked, naming a site rich in raw shadow magic a few miles short of the western border of the flight. The magic shroud over the place was said to cause most non-magical sources of light to fail to illuminate more than a few feet in any direction.

Malaria slunk through the underbrush, the scent of rotting flesh trailing along behind her. She had always found the shadow flight's brambles oddly beautiful, holding the same level of awe in her mind as the wyrmwound. Hopefully her water-based clan would be okay with her hanging around the border. Elegantly twisting inbetween branches, the dragons up ahead caught her attention.
As the guardian began to approach, suddenly a branch snapped from beneath her feet

A pair of Coatls had noticed the group of dragons that seemed to be congregating. Nisha and Peimur hummed to each other, trying to figure out whether or not to check it out. Eventually, Peimur won, and the pair of adopted brothers began to approach the dragons.

It seems this nic of the Tangled Wood had became popular. More and more entities were gathering around, even if they didn't sense each other at first. A certain Spiral had already caught wind of quite a few of them, one of which really needed to take a bath. He decided to stop taking note of the weather and swoop downard to see what all the hype was, both a strong unnatural current and mechanical ticking forming around him while doing so. He was soon greeted with the form of an Imperial, of which he abruptly stopped his downward ascent to hover his length in front of, using the wind to keep him afloat so he didn't go crashing through a multitude of branche-needles.

He could just take them to the place they wanted to go now, but that wouldn't be very fun, he wanted to make sure these dragons remembered him.
