(let's begin the roleplay!)

It was a rather boring day for Gwen. She wandered around the shattered plain looking for fish to catch. She was so sick of that fish soylent junk that she and the other ridgebacks have been living off of for the past week. She found something that looked like ocean. Curious, she flew over. From her small pack, she produced a fish net and went to catch fish. She hurled the net into the water and suddenly, it grew heavy. Then, she pulled the net up and there were lots of fish in it. She then happily began flying back the the lair with the fish supply that was hers. Well, maybe she'd have to give some to Julia, who was a rank above her. Being second rank, she basically could be kind of spoiled and didn't have to share with any dragon of a lower rank. Flying back, she saw someone. She looked closer. It was a male snapper! She aggressively approached him, thinking she could scare him off.

Today, Hamilton didn't have to go to work. It was nice for him. He decided he'd slip out and start exploring the whole realm of Dragonhome. Up until the recent move to The Pillar of the World, he had only known the Cairnestone Rest. Being a snapper, he couldn't fly. He once tried to buy a snapper jetpack from lightning, but he couldn't afford one. He could only run. So he did. He ran and ran. Hamilton ran almost nonstop and didn't get tired. Finally, he was out of familiar territory. It was a bit daunting for him, though. He was in a region called the Shattered Plain. Of course, he didn't know what the region was called. He worried that he may not be able to run home fast enough before sundown. He looked around, seeing if any clans were nearby. Maybe they would be willing to host him for a night. He thought he saw a very small clan when suddenly, he saw a seemingly unfriendly female ridgeback dragon.

Gwen saw the snapper. Finally she asked "who are you? And what are you doing, trespassing into our territory?" She walked closer to the snapper and stared him down, trying to purposely intimidate him.

Hamilton moved back a bit. "My.... my name is Hamilton." he finally said.
"I.... I .... I.. didn't mean to trespass... I c-c-c-c-could leave right nowww...." he said, getting ready to sprint. He was indeed intimidated by the ridgeback. "... who are you?" he finally asked.

(just letting you know lunch break is gonna end at 12:40 and I need to get to my next class by 12:45 and I won't be able to RP until I get home. Well maybe I could squeeze in a few posts between classes....)
Gwen blocked the snapper and prevented him from running away.
"Okay... Hammy" Gwen said. "Since you've trespassed, I'm gonna have to hold you prisoner. I'm gonna have Iota and Kelly cuff you up. We're seeing Julia, head of the ridgebacks and may be she'll know what to do with you little trespasser. We may also have to go see the clan leaders. You also asked who I am. I'm Gwen, assistant head of the ridgebacks. I'm only two ranks below clan leader. So what does that mean, little snapper boy? You have to do what I say!"
Gwen called over two other female ridgebacks who were probably Iota and Kelly. "Iota, put cuffs on his back legs" Gwen said. "Kelly, cuff his front legs. This way he can't escape. Also, we're gonna attach this band to his waist and I'll be holding onto this rope on the band. Now he really isn't escaping."
Iota and Kelly reluctantly did as Gwen said. They started grumbling about how bossy Gwen is.

Hamilton went from scared to angry. "Gwen, my name is not Hammy, it's Hamilton! Please call me by my right name!"
When he was being cuffed, he tried to resist. He wanted to go home. He called for help. "I WANT TO GO HOME! HELP ME! I'M BEING KIDNAPPED BY A BUNCH OF STRANGERS!". He then yelled at Gwen "GET YOUR FILTHY TALONS AWAY FROM ME" and he tried to resist being cuffed.

Kelly thought the only way to be respected by Gwen was to be like her. "Awww he's a little fighter isn't he so cute?" she said.
Iota desperately wanted to take the back leg cuffs off Hamilton, but with Gwen watching, she wouldn't be able to. Maybe she'd secretly free him when no one was looking.
Gwen only continued pulling on Hamilton's leash. They eventually arrived at the clan headquarters. Julia came out.
"well, what do we have here? A prisoner?!" Julia said.
"Yeah. He was caught trespassing into our clan. And guess who cuffed him up? Me." Gwen said with a smirk.
Julia shook her head. "We need to ask him what his purpose is and we will need to find out of he's dangerous or not. If he's a danger to us, we're going to lock him up but if he isn't, we'll just return him home."

(I have a day off)
Hamilton clenched his teeth in anger when Kelly mocked him. He hated being cuffed. Already he had learned his lesson. He would never go off exploring like this again. He really hoped that whoever this Julia is would see he isn't a threat. When the 4 of them got to the headquarters, Hamilton saw a massive ridgeback dragon come out. This one looked friendlier than Gwen. After hearing the little conversation between that ridgeback and Gwen, Hamilton felt a bit of relief. Maybe he will be able to go home, he thought.
He finally said, "I really am not a danger to anyone. You could give me some kind of truth serum and you'll know that I'm not a danger and that I don't deserve to be cuffed like this. All I want now is to go home."

(ah I see. well I've still got a like over an hour. We have a funny schedule because the 11th graders are taking some other standardized test in science and the 9th graders are doing one in history so like everyone else gets long lunch break)
"well, we do have a truth serum" Julia said. "We probably will be using it on you just to make sure you aren't a threat. Gwen, Kelly, Iota, you guys are dismissed for now. Go back to your rooms. I'll take care of this guy."
Julia didn't want to show it, but she felt sorry for Hamilton and that Gwen had him cuffed up like that. She took off his leg cuffs and loosened his waist band a little. She led him to a small room with a giant bed. She grabbed a bottle with a light green liquid inside and poured it into a small cup.
"here is the truth serum." she said. "Drink it and then lie down on the bed. You will not know what is going on for the next half hour or so. But I will be here, making sure you make a proper recovery before I send you off to wherever"
