Roleplay

Hawkmoth coughed in the humid air of the rainforest. It was very different from the grasslands of her original home. She had managed to flee from one of the hives with her sibling, but he had been caught by the Hivewing guards, letting her fly over to this whole other continent.

The Silkwing looked around nervously. There were cawing birds, howling monkeys and lazy sloths, all hanging about in the trees. She knew there had to be some fruit here. Maybe even some honey. She loved honey.

Glasswing hid in the trees, spinning a bit of Glowing silk to make a makeshift light, while also conjoined small branches together with less flammable silk. She sighed, resting upon the small platform that she had managed to build. She was quite used to the warmth of the rainforest, which helped slightly to feel at home.
Being here for a while, but never settled in one place, she was finally deciding to make shelter, near the top of the trees, but still under the leaves, where there was a area where she had cleared out branches and climbed among the branches. She got up, and climbed down to grab a small honeydew fruit, which was almost as sweet as honey, but had the taste of fruit. She planned on at some point, trying to make the fruit more honey tasting. But that would take a long time..

The ground squelched uncomfortably under her talons. Luckily, the rainforest wasn't stuck in a torrential downpour as it usually was, so Hawkmoth could walk through it without having her wings get completely soaked by the rain.

She squinted through the mass on leaves creating a canopy above her head. Her antennae twitched in the humid air as she strode forward, looking up at the sky. The Silkwing almost walked straight into a tree, but swerved aside just in time.

Her ears twitched at the sound of rustling leaves and a dragon talking. Hawkmoth froze instinctively. Had she been found by one of the Skywing soldiers? She forced herself to relax, but she was still alert, in case it was someone dangerous.

The Silkwing pushed aside some leaves with her head before walking on through the rainforest, leaving a pathway that she could follow on the way back. A couple of times, Hawkmoth glanced back, looking for whoever spoke.

Glasswing was entirely startled and ran into a small bustle of branches to hide, frightened. Was that a hivewing? It looked rather like a hivewing when they went passed. She sighed, tucking her wings among her back. Why would a hivewing be in here? She questioned. She shrugged, climbing out and continued eating the fruit she had gotten, before climbing to the lower levels of the trees and onto the muddy ground. She eyed the ground, before walking to go find other interesting fruits.

Aloe nervously lay in the branches of a tree. He had just narrowly avoided becoming a prisoner of the skywings, and adrenaline was pumping through his veins. His burns ached from the fast moving, and his head spun with fear and thoughts on how to escape. His village was already a skywing camp....

Moon dashed through the trees, breath quickening with each step. He heard the angry roar of a skywkng guard as fire hit his tail. He yelped and lept at tree, desperately grabbing at branch and climbing up it slowly. He heard the crackling of fire as the leaves below him were scorched by the flame, which made his ascent quicker
