- Ordering skins:

1. Check top post to see if skin is available for first print or reprint.
2. If not, sign up to be pinged for reprint. (Don't forget to check AH!)
3. If yes, send payment to me (Mikann) via PM/1-way CR, stating clearly which skins you are ordering.
4. Wait for skin to be delivered. Or for fund returned, if printing fails.

- When does reprint happen?

• When 1. the reprint cooldown is over,
• AND 2. we decide there is enough popularity.
• Sign up in our spreadsheet to get a ping at reprint! c:

- Skin previews:

1. Visit our self-help skin preview tool. (Link)
   *If the page doesn't work, give us a shout via ping/pm, we could do preview for you.
2. Select which skin you wish to preview.
3. Paste the link to your dragon image. Scrying workshop image works too.
4. * To get an image link, right-click on that image, and click "copy image address".
5. Hit preview button, enjoy!

- Our pinglist:

• Add yourself to our shop spreadsheet pinglists, to get pinged for new skin releases.
• You can also specify exact conditions, to get pinged less or more often.
• *Alternatively, ping/PM us to get added.

- Other stuff:

• Gem payment is preferred. Treasure accepted at market rate, which will be specified upon payment collection.
• For commission/custom skins, we don't currently have much plans, but are happy to discuss over PM.
