I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place, I've never made a skin/accent before and I'd like to make sure that I haven't made a dumb mistake somewhere...
Could someone check the coverage percentage checked for this accent? ^^ I've checked with [url=http://www1.flightrising.com/forums/gde/1407587#post_1407587]this method[/url] and it's got a 76.43 mean (roughly 29.997% coverage) it's quite close to 30% so I'd rather get it double checked encase I've made a mistake :'D

Also, are the shadows and lineart visible enough? My monitor has a high colour contrast so I'm not sure how they looks on other monitors ^^;
It's hard to tell with just the accent due to the varying opacity, so here it is previewed on a dragon~

Shadowfeathers it's a really nice skin, I love the little blue details especially since it really draws the accent together nicely! Though I hope we're both correct, I also get around 29% coverage for your skin. As for lineart and shadows, they seem visible to me as well but I've been wrong before with my own skins c': You can submit it as it is and see if it'll get through, if it doesn't then they'll let you know why it didn't pass so no worries there.
Though I am also fairly new to skin making so for advice all I can say is do what you like most, skin business can be weird sometimes.
If you're looking to print something publicly then you can use
GASP. It's the quickest way to gain interest in a skin, just read the rules and you'll be good to go! You can also use
this tool made by Effervessa, it basically just tells you what's in the queue and how close you are to getting your skin through. It's not very used yet since it's still new but it's pretty useful so far.
Any problems you have with skins you can
report in this thread, also useful to track since you learn a lot of new things every now and then. It's also on the front page of the Skins & Accents forum so not hard to miss. If you have any questions or doubts related to skins then you can also ask there ^^
