I enjoy playing mahjong and think it would be a nice addition to the fairgrounds. There could be a variety of layouts that users could choose from or they could select random.
I'm not exactly sure how the tile design would differ from Mahjong standard sets but it could incorporate flights, specific dragons (deities, Swipp, Pinkerton, etc), or locations.

they might be able to do several different sets, maybe for each flight and perhaps either it is a simple cosmetic change you select, or you can earn different sets (still cosmetic only).
Say, for water, a bluish background with various water related items. (I have forgotten the names of the four suits now, been a while since I played) but one suit could be all trinkets, second suit, materials, third, apparel, fourth battle stones. (or things of this nature, since each stone is supposed to have the same image on it, except for the 1 stone, at least in most games I have seen, then they can choose an item from those categories that they feel suits the rest of the theme) The four winds could be four water insects, four dragons - well... *ahem* (I know there aren't four water dragon breeds, but these might have to double up between flights), the four seasons could be water themed familiars/opponents.
For the four dragons, I just had a thought that they could use four random breeds (perhaps trying to give each equal time) but have their colors done so that they 'represent' the flight they are in. For instance, When I first saw my avvie pic, I thought WATER (he still needs a iri first gene) and so something like that to represent the flights.
