As it's stated.. sometimes I like to train new teams and then 1 dragon is level to 5-7 and I just want them all to be level 0 so I can train them from scratch. It's probably a personal thing but I just don't like the fact when 1 dragon is a higher level I get less exp points in the lower level venues for my other dragons.
(yes I could train them 1-2 each at the time with a glass cannon or something but I like to go through the lower level venues cause I don't get there very often xD)
Its just a silly item I'd like in the game.. it shouldn't be very expensive I think. Maybe 25kt (cheaper than a tincture)
Edit: It won't remove level based battle stones from the dragon. Stones get locked (so stats reduced, attacks greyed out until they reach a proper level, you can go over them with other stones tho, but the stones underneath will be gone just like it already is)

2a. If they are 'returned' then this could be VERY bad for those who loan out leveled dragons. IMagine loaning a level 25 with elim and getting back a level 0 with no stones and the person you loaned it to just had to spend 25K to get 300K+?
2b. If they are destroyed, then that is almost as bad as A. Unless the item was completely unique to the tincture (didn't have tincture, didn't use the same image etc..) then it could be too easy to accidentally reset a dragon. Plus there would be people who would reset loaned dragons for 'fun' (hopefully there aren't that many, but sadly they do exist).
Having those stones become locked might be an option, but I am not sure it is possible with the current setup.

While you wouldn't have to pay for those stones again, you would still have to level that dragon up again.

They can just stay wherever they are.. I mean it doesn't really benefit you in anyway to level up a dragon to add stones and then reset the levels just to have the stones? Destroying the stones would be a bit drastic..
Also why would anyone loan a level 25 and pay money to make him level 1 when he could just exalt it right away and earn money? I mean if you're gonna scam someone... why would you lose money on that? I don't think this would add any risk to it.. cause if someone wants to be ****** they'll already doing it by exalting or re-selling dragons they have lend from someone.

Eliminate stones are significantly more profitable than level 25's. Last time I checked Eliminate prices, I would have to exalt 10 level 25s at least to equal what I could make just chucking an Eliminate on the AH.
It would become easy to scam people if resetting a dragon gave the resetter the stones. Ask for a level 25 lender, use the resetting tincture, nab the Eliminate, Berserks, and Ambushes, sell for profit...then return the dragon to its owner (or exalt it or whatever) at level 1. All the hard work and expensive stones would then be gone.
Let's say the resetting tincture cost 25kT. Seems like Eliminates are going for 400kT. Ambushes for 15kT, Berserks for 7kT. You'd get two Ambushes from a fully stoned level 25 build (30kT), three Berserks (21kT), and then the Eliminate at 400kT. Not to mention any other $$ stones that may be on the dragon. Someone would more than make a profit. Pricing any resetting stone higher to dissuade profit-making would making it inaccessible.

And when it comes to scamming overall (reducing a lend level 25 to 1) well.. honestly if a person is really willing to go as low to pay for something that petty.. they'd probably be the kinda person to re-sell the level 25 or just exalt them anyway.
There's always a risk with that kind of stuff.. I don't think this would increase that honestly.. and like I said there could always be a level limit on it. (so 10-15 max)

Maybe make it a bit closer in price to the current tincture, so it's not as attractive an idea for annoying jerks who want to mess up people's dragons, but definitely don't give it any sort of payout so there's no benefit to the person who uses it.
In that case, what would probably happen is people would be wary of lending level 25s for free, and most lending services would either charge a portion of the dragon's value (as a form of insurance), or would require collateral and make sure that the level 25 is returned with the correct level before returning the collateral in a 1-way trade. Most people would be okay with that scenario (it's already standard because 25s are valuable anyway), and the people who wouldn't be probably aren't borrowing dragons a lot right now in the first place.
This might scare some people away from lending their high-level dragons, though. But that's the only downside I can think of.
On the other hand... is there a benefit to this other than maybe lore, or levelling out a low-level team just for personal preference?
