On dark dragons, it's really bad. There's that white line by each eye that looks like a poor copy and paste job, and unfortunately you can tell everything was copied and pasted, just resized and sometimes flipped.

It functions on light dragons, but considering most people are going for eldritch horrors with this eye and most tend to be dark, this is... a bit of a problem.

Plus it just... doesn't look quite right? It looks like a conflict of styles. Dragons are softly colored and lined for the most part, and they look elaborate. The eyes have a more playful style, which isn't bad in itself, but combining the two just doesn't look right :(
I feel like this had great potential, and in some cases it looks good as is, but most of the time it just looks poorly executed.
I know it's only a day in, but I'm fretful it's just going to get left as is. Everything feels too rushed about this event and feels unplanned.

i agree that the multigaze doesn't fit the normal FR style well at all
the white outlines around the eyes are also literally killing me

i agree with everything you said. and another thing that displeases me is that the multi-gaze doesn't match the dragon breed it's on - all multi-gaze is slit-pupil, even on dragons that don't have slit pupils...

Agreed and support
It's always peeked my eyes when i see it, so lazy and unnatural. It deserves a nice touche up!

I love the concept of multi-eyes, but this execution seems to be too lazy.
Not only do they not fit the curve of the dragon's bodyparts at all, the artist didn't even change the light-shading on each eye (every one of them have their own little light source and a lot of them went against the actual shading of the dragon), they literally just copy-pasted everything.

Just a heads-up: I usually delete the threads I made before it reaches 10 replies because I want to keep my forum history tidy.

Yeah this is why I don't like multi-gaze. The body horror thing doesn't bother me, but the differences between the art styles and the pupils just bugs the heck outta me

it also kind of bites (nor does it really make any lore or anatomical sense) that ALL the eyes on every single breed are exactly the same. Mirror eyes have no pupils, but the new milti-sight eyes do. I wonder why

yes and give the mirror double eyes plz
also make it less blurry (someone posted a closeup of the eyes and they were really pixelated)

In some cases, the colour of the multi eyes doesn't even match the main pair of eyes.

I hadn't played around with it enough to notice the white lines, but now I see them. I had already thought the style didn't really match with the rest of the dragon, namely the eyes already on it. I think the eyes should look more or less like the two main ones, though of course there could be leeway for Skydancers, whose eyes are pretty hard to see.
