It would be awesome if you could do both on the same page. I normally end up with tons of copy pasting and browser windows open when I'm trying to find a pair I like the children AND they are eligible to breed.
On the Forsee Progeny Page, under the preview button, could be a second button that said "Check Bloodlines," which could work like the Assay Bloodlines page.

they could put a thingy on the screen in foresee progeny that says whether they can breed or not and then get rid of the assay bloodlines page

I support this! It would be nice if foresee progeny would give you a notification if they were not compatible.
However, I think you should still be able to use foresee progeny for dragons that aren't compatible. You can use it to see what the offspring would be of two dragons of the same gender, even though you cannot actually breed them. I think it can be neat for people who have dragons of the same gender that are partners in their lore to be able to get a preview of what a biological child of those dragons would look like. An incompatible notification would serve fine as long as it doesn't prevent you from using foresee progeny.

Agreed. It's also useful when you want to check the offspring possibilities of a
hypothetical dragon, and the closest stand-in you can find is either the wrong gender or related to the mate in question.

Agreed. I wouldn't change the ability to forsee progeny on any two dragons... it'd just be nice to hit another button and check whether they could breed or not on the same page. :)

I would love this change personally. It might also help folks remember to assay bloodlines first before they buy when they've found a mate to make pretty dragons with. I'm pretty good about checking first but I've heard a lot of stories about people buying dragons and then realizing they are too closely related and cannot breed. Having them on the same page would, I think, help reduce the occurrence of such situations.
