i think most of us wish for an overhaul or some changes for the mailbox/pm system here... it's kind of archaic tbh! i know things take work but the mail system should have been more easy to use awhile ago.

i'm making this suggestion because i know people have in the past, but haven't seen any threads on it in awhile. i have an art shop and pm'ing people can be a nightmare. if anyone else has suggestions i'd love to read them but these are mine. they got rid of the mail for expired auctions so i hope they can make our mailboxes more bearable.

i'd like if the mailbox:
- FOLDERS. PLEASE. organize pms by names; meaning if we pm the same person they'll have their own file or folder. this could be an option for people who aren't fans of them if they choose to opt out of it...
- a search option. even if we never get folders can we PLEASE be able to search the mailbox for names or topics?? shifting through pages of mail is so annoying, especially if you're a busy person or are social. i got a big commission i'm doing and i had to take a screenshot of the whole order because i was tired of going back to it...trying to find it over and over. i could delete pm's but i'm scared of accidentally deleting something important because there is no way to obtain deleted mail.
- let us fave pms. related to the second point, kind of. if we have an important pm it'd be nice to favorite it so we can find it easily. have a faves folder like neopets did. or maybe 'fave' a user we mail a lot?

Even if I can't mark them as unread, or in addition to being able to do so, it would be nice to be able to mark PMs with a symbol(s) of importance, such as a star, heart, various color markers, etc. for organizational purposes as well. If my delete all idea was implemented, it would also be nice to be able to mark a particular symbol to have everything deleted, or at the very least for the delete all feature to ignore PMs marked with said symbol(s) much like it would (hopefully) ignore unread messages too.
