Personally I'd rather not a relist all button simply because in many cases it may have not sold simply because the listings were too expensive. If its easy to relist a ton of auctions at once, players may not re-evaluate pricing and it would just result in more overpriced auctions that don't sell clogging the AH.
That being said, admins have previously commented on the topic as seen in the quote below
[quote=Xhaztol]While we never like to say never, it is unlikely we'd implement something like this due to performance reasons. Our #1 main concern is making sure that the Auction House browsing experience remains as smooth as possible, especially given how many players browse it at any given time.

Every time I see this suggestion, I have to support it. I have one day a week where several of my 7-day auctions time out and I have to relist all 180+ of them manually. By hand. It can take me over 10 minutes. I am NOT going to re-check the price to see if they're priced at LAH, as they're mostly skins and already decently priced imho.
I don't care what staff says, I want them to implement such a feature. I'm also scared of one day hitting that Cancel All button and having to actually go through and recall what I had priced everything at.

The exact reason not to implement this - AH is already full of weirdly-/over- priced things that stay in there for months and I don't want to wade through even more of that (and potentially sacrifice stability) so that more people could not think more.

I agree. I change the ones I want and then click reenlist all so I don't have to click it a 1,000 times

Total support but to expand a bit,
I don't think just a specific "relist all" button is the best option as other people have said then people won't check the prices, but I think it would be nice if it worked similar to selecting things in your hoard
That way you can select the ones you wan't, or hit a "select all" button and deselect others to check after, and then relist all the ones you have selected.
This way you can relist all the like 1 gem stuff all at once (I hate manually relisting 50+ 1 gem battle stones), and check the prices of the other stuff later

Mainly because of the lag involved. I could list 10k items at outrageous prices just to relist all, and that would cause a lot of strain on the server. There would be polayers who do this since there's players who already spam threads, bios, etc. that can crash/lag the site.
The other reason is, if you don't want to relist a ton, lower the price a bit. Yeah, some things just sell slower than others, but if you don't want to relist, then lower the price so someone who doesn't mind relisting can flip it. I flip dragons, and I've had to relist my whole lair because the price went down for a week, then went back up.

I completely agree with this. The last thing I need is more lag. I list a lot of familiars and have to relist a ton of them every single day. I've broken them up into groups so I don't have so many at a time. I've also grouped all my 4g and 5g into the same group because they are easy to relist.
