Me and a friend of mine thought it would be a good idea to have a Gender Change Scroll, cause we both have had dragons that are boys and wanted them to be girls. ( or the other way around) so I thought i’d suggest that.

I also suggest doing a quick forum search this is a very touchy issue with years of debate around it.

Stuff will one day go here.
Go to your dragons bio, type the appropriate gender. Bingo-Bango-Bongo done!
No support. (Pose change scrolls have their own thread you're welcome to check out.)

^This. Sex =/= Gender. I know some folks can get so squeamish about sex that they'll even avoid the word, and I'm not trying to make anyone uncomfortable, but it's a bit like thinking "apple" and "sweet" are interchangeable. Yes, an apple can be sweet, but apples aren't the only sweet fruits, and apples have so many more flavor characteristics than just sweet. And some apples aren't sweet at all! So go on, make your dragon an Orange, and I'll make mine a Pear, and this metaphor got so far away from me so quickly...
As usual, support for a pose-change scroll due to its multi-functionality. No support for a sex-change scroll.

It takes Twelve Years for one Imperial pair to produce a Primal-eyed offspring of a specific sex. Goal-based breeding is dead.
I support it for that
- It works on dragons if they haven't bred anymore( dragons can't have two mothers or fathers

I support this if it's
1: Expensive. And costs gems.
2: Can only be used on unbred dragons.

Agree as well.
As long as the dragon has not been bred, I don't see how allowing this would have any downsides, especially if the item required was an expensive gem item.
