please. it would require almost no effort on the part of the staff. just release the psds and approve like normal.....pls.

This suggestion comes up a lot and I always support it, now moreso than before :D
If there is a technical reason it can't happen.. I would love to know about it for closure's sake, because permababy skins are my dream update

Many more blueprints would be bought. Ditto for EY scrolls in the first place. It's still a mystery to me why the staff isn't tapping into that well, which makes me think there really [b]is[/b] an obstacle we haven't thought of.

I would love for permas to have skins, the 2 babies i have perma *when i get them gened* would look epic with an accent to add colors about. likee the 1 will have a color on the wings that i could add tinges to the fur areas XD

This could probably be implemented with the Ancients since they will all be getting custom skins it probably wouldn't take too much effort to setup hatchling skin PSDs too.
I'm going to throw this in here real quick, permas should not be festival skins since they are a luxury line art that not everyone can afford or wants. So it would be better to leave the festival skins widely available to most users.

Agreed, especially if doing so would take up an existing fest skin slot. (We still don't know how fest skins for ancients are going to be handled, for that matter.)

Please, it would be nice to make my apparel-barren permababies look beautiful. Furthermore, I always wondered why they never said anything about it/talked to the userbase about it. Just tell us if there's a problem so we'll stop asking!
