I know the title sounds weird but I didn't know how to phrase it any better way.
The basic idea is just the ability to toggle on/off whether or not a dragon shows up in options in the Nesting Grounds. It doesn't affect anything else.
It's a really minor implementation that's purely QoL, not meant to be revolutionary. I think it'd be nice for people who have GenOnes or any dragon they don't want to breed for whatever reason.
It can be a minute button on the dragon's page, like here:

Nothing would get shuffled or moved so it's not obtrusive to anybody but still in a spot where it can be found. It could also go under the "Breed" button instead so no symmetry is disturbed.

i support this! i have a few dragons i will never breed due to their mates being the same gender as them, and i find it rather annoying that they show up in the dragon selection when making a new nest. i think this would be a nice, small addition.

There is another suggestion, pacifist pledges and abstinence agreements, that is pretty much this.
I definitely support, along with another simple toggle for coliseum.
Right now, if you want to not breed or fight a dragon, you can put them in the hibernal den, which is great.
However, that doesn't help people who might have breeders but not fighters (I have several pairs of fodder breeders who I will never level) or fighters but not breeders (I have no plans to breed Jain again, nor Lothar)
It would also help prevent mistakes, and, if these dragons did not even show up, allow users to reduce the various loadouts for the coliseum and breeding pages.
A simple toggle would also make it much easier to either just clear it should the dragon be sold (or basically leave the lair) or easy for the new owner to change the option, without needing a scroll or a costly method of undoing said no-fight or no-breed status.

Absolute support! It's annoying sifting through a ton of names of dragons that I don't want to breed at the nesting grounds. A toggle would be fantastic!

I support! I feel like this would be a relatively simple change to make and it would make breeding simpler! Especially for people with lots of dragons, it would be nice to not to have to scroll through a bunch of names which I never breed.

I'd love to be able to customize the list of dragons at the breeding grounds and also the coliseum.

Love this idea. I prefer to keep dragons I am working on gene plans for in my main lair, but I don't like to breed them until they're finished. Being able to turn off the option of them showing up would be immensely helpful and save me a lot of worry. <3
