I really only have two big features I've been wanting to see implemented for awhile now, one being the return of the Vial of Scattersight and for Permabab dragons to be able to wear skins/accents.
-Permabab skins/accents reasons:
1. Similar to Gaolers they are unable to wear apparel giving permababs the ability to wear skins/accents makes them a far more worthwhile investment and allows users to further customize them.
2. This would up the number of Scroll of Eternal Youth purchases, making it so permababs have a bit more features to them without making it complicated by having apparel for them. As it stands permabab dragons are able to have less done with them than any other dragon breed currently on the site.
3. The skins when put and left on a non permabab hatchling should automatically be removed upon aging up this would require a Scroll of Eternal Youth purchase to be able to place it on a hatchling for long-term.

1. make it a gem marketplace item only
2. update it to include new eye types
3. mark it at a higher price than the Tri-Color Scatterscroll

Support. I never want to permabab my dergs because I could no longer customize them, so I'd definitely be more interested in them if there were skins/accents. I'm not sure, but this seems like a fairly simple update that users would really love.

I agree with this! I’d love to give a perma baby (once I get one) a adorable accent or skin! I’d also like to be able to give my dragons who are from the time before eye types so cool eye types so I’d definitely like to purchase scattersight if they do that.

This has been suggested before, alongside floating apparel and permababy-only apparel. Support as always; right now, there's nothing interesting about permababies except for the eternal cuteness and whatever lore you give them.
Vial of Scattersight
They've already stated that they won't be unretiring it any time soon, nor will they be adding new natural eyetypes to it. Unretiring it now is a bit of a slap in the face to those who worked hard to grind/brew (I forget which it was) them when they were available, and they must have their own reasons that have not been made public/I have not seen. Adding new natural eyetypes to the existing scattersights without reintroducing them would simply cause more anger, by altering how the existing scattersights work and still not providing a feasible way to gain new eye types. I personally don't like the scattersights to begin with; the chances for a change to the eye type you want are astronomically small. I'd much rather see vials for the natural eyetypes, but they said they're not doing that. They're already going to give us two clanbound vials of whatever every time they release a new natural eyetype.

I think the blueprints for them should cost way less as well, with the high cost of having to buy a permababy in the first place.

I support both of them.
Permababy skins (or skins for hatchlings provided the skin could be removed automatically when the hatchling grew) would be great, and a great avenue to dress up babies without having to redo any apparel.
It would be on the user artists to create the skins (since they create nearly all skins anyways), and thus no more work for the site artists.
AS for the vial of scattersight, I understand the idea of players who might have put in hard work to obtain them or paid high prices might not like it, but as someone who DID grind to obtain them, I say this: that's life. There have been many times I have worked hard for something, only for it to go on sale the next day (in one case on a site, literally, the next day there was a sale and the item I had just bought was cheaper than I paid) or become more easily obtainable in some way.
I personally would be ecstatic if they unretired the vials or created a brand new one that would have all natural eye types in it.
Do I like the eye vials? No, I dislike them. However, one of the main reasons I dislike them is because they are a finite resource. Do I think there are better ways to introduce the ability to get natural eyes on existing dragons? Yes, and not clanbound limited two per player scrolls.
But, if the only way we could obtain natural eyes for our existing irreplacible dragons were scattervials, then I would be perfectly okay with it. Things change, and sometimes things that were once hard or difficult to obtain become easier to obtain. That dragon someone may have paid 50K for when the site was new, would be only worth 5K were it born today.
