I think you should be able to craft health potions at Baldwin's Bubbling Brew. At the moment, you have to either buy them or get them from the coliseum as drops, which is really inconvenient.

I mean, sure?

I don't know of anyone who actually uses the potions regularly, but a low level brew on baldwin that uses mats not often used for other things would be fine.

You'd still be buying them though. You'd just be paying materials+baldwin fee+brewing time. Honestly it doesn't seem worth it. Even with it using the cheapest mats you'd still lose money on it, so what's the point?

I don't see how brewing a potion is any easier or more convenient than purchasing from the marketplace...?

Regardless, I'd rather see new items added to Baldwin vs adding yet another way to get potions that are rarely used as it is.

I'd rather see concentrating potions, minor potions drop all the time and I end up with hundreds of them. I'd be nice to throw a 3 or so into a brew and making a regular health potion or 6 a major health potion or even a cleansing tonic. Minor potions are pretty much useless to more advance coli teams so turning minor potions into a material to get regular and major potions would be very useful.

I would rather be able to use existing health potions in baldwins to create new potions that do different things (for instance adds a time limited buff, or maybe even 'bombs' that can be used against the enemy, so you don't need say a water dragon in order to apply the effect 'drown' to an enemy, and things like that)

Don't see what people would use brewable potions for other than grinding, but huge support for the idea of using them to craft other things -- maybe even some kind of brewable coli stone? Since they drop so often from the Coliseum and you end up with so many that you'll never use, it would be nice to have some other use for them.

Esme, a very red and Plague-themed Skydancer. A medallion depicting the Plaguebringer in profile.

Eh... no support, it's just swings and roundabouts if you go from buying them to crafting them yourself. You're still paying some sort of cost for transmuting the items.

Technically we can also buy healing potions in the Marketplace so I'm not sure if creating duplicates of what is already available is that needed given how inexpensive they are.

On the other hand, duplicating what we have already like Minor (100), Health (250) and Major (500) with different colors seems amusing. Depending on brewing time and ingredients they could be an easy way to level up while creating a cheap consumable product.

Perhaps just adding a 750, 1000 and maybe a full heal potion? I could definitely see using the last two.

I want to live in Theory. Everything works there.

Have you checked the Gem MP for Gene and Breed scrolls before buying an AH listing from me ending in 5g?
