So, if you're anything like me, you'll have a certain breeding pair or coli dragon that you want to get up to full energy to use, but all your other dragons always go through your food so quickly that they don't get anything else.
Maybe a good idea would be letting us feed individual dragons (like maybe let us select multiple to feed), or maybe even individual lair tabs! It'd be a great way to get the dragons you actually need fed up to energy.
Sorry if this has already been suggested; if it has, feel free to ignore.

In general players don't want dragons to become a 'batteries not included' type deal, where players will ONLY feed their 'important' dragons, and toss any fodder dragon on the AH starving, leaving the cost of feeding them to the buyer.
This means that players who buy large amounts of dragons level and exalt are not only losing their well fed bonus but they also have the cost of feeding the dragon to train them in the coliseum, which eats into their profits.
Players who like to keep their clans smaller would be in great danger of losing their well fed bonus over buying just one or two dragons.
This could easily result in fewer dragons being bought off the AH, because few players would want to buy large numbers of starving dragons (and it is the players who buy large numbers of dragons who are responsible for most of the buying and selling of dragons).
This means not only will breeders have to either exalt their own dragons or stop breeding, but trainer/exalters have less money to use elsewhere, resulting in a stagnating economy. (it probably wouldn't completely stop the economy, but I feel it would be VERY bad for it)
I know that I, personally, would be much less likely to impulse buy dragons off the AH if I thought it could lose my well fed bonus (sometimes I forget to feed and it gets down to 84 or 82%)

Jemadar makes sense, didn't really have the well fed bonus in mind when i made this post as i usually don't use it anyways haha. that does make a lot of sense though.
maybe something that would fix that would be when a dragon is bought off of the auction house, it's hunger is automatically filled up when it's placed in the new owner's lair? probably has some kind of loophole to it that i'm not thinking about though, too skfskgksflg

Unfortunately this would result in players being able to basially never feed their dragons again, by simply buying and selling them between freinds.
IE, I have some dragons, and I list them for a VERY unlikely to be bought price, - Strike what I was going to say, we have private auctions now, so this would be even easier to 'game' just set private auctions to friends accounts and have them set them back.

If dragons were insta-fed when changing lairs, people would just go, put dragons in private auctions for 1t, and they would get instantly full, so food would become completely useless, that's the thing!

Jemadar well shoot, you're right. i gotta start thinking these things through more haha
thanks for your input (and knocking some common sense back into me), as much as i would love the individual dragon feeding there seem to be too many negatives to that that i never thought of haha

Yeah, sometimes it can be really hard to see downsides to an idea you come up with, which is what the suggestions forum is for :D
What I would like to see is a 'feed coliseum' team, that perhaps has limits to how often you can use it, where you can feed three dragons say every three days, so that players who are coming back from short hiatus can toss their dragons in the coliseum and find food that way.

Jemadar that seems like a much better idea, that's something i would totally love to see!
