The Deliverer

A cold and heartless dragon, Belphegor delivers the dragons that wish it to go, to the Plague-mother. All of the dragons in the lair are beyond frightened of him, because of his close affiliation to the Plaguebringer. When asked what exactly he does when delivering dragons the Plaguebringer, he simply states that he is doing the work of the true mother.

The only dragon willing to venture near him is his mate Astien. Because of this Astien is often found with Belphegor when not studying under Laena.
