If there's a political protest, town hall meeting, or grassroots movement alike, one can count on Ivesce's attendance with her famed snake companions in tow. There are two passions in life that this derg juggles, after all - social activism and snake breeding. And somehow, she has managed to find a happy medium between the two. With a strong sense of empathy for others and an even stronger personality, Ivesce is not afraid to let her clan know exactly what's on her mind. She has no interest in softening the truth - if there's a problem, Ivesce will let you know the minute that it rears its ugly head. Whether it be the contested results of a recent election, a lack of funding for the arts, a shortcoming in hatchling protection laws, a question of water supply contamination, or literacy, you can count on this mirror to at least have an opinion on it - if she hasn't already organized a community-based movement on the matter. Still, focusing on politics solely is bound to wear any derg out. That's when Ivesce turns to her snake breeding business. The larger the snake, the happier she is - she's been known to show up to events draped in massive constrictors. From magically inclined familiars to simple animals, Ivesce's snakes run the gamut in type and personality, fitting into the lifestyle of dergs of all kinds in wildly different fashions. She travels across Sornieth (though takes measures to avoid the Icewarden's lands - her snakes are not the biggest fan of the extreme cold) to exhibit her creatures at trade fairs. ...though at the first sign of political turmoil in [clan], you better believe she's going to head straight home...
