Hi there - I'm just a nerd who loves dragons. I don't mind random profile comments, feel free to say hello.

I joined back in 2015 but didn't play FR for nearly two years, so while it looks like I'm a veteran I'm certainly not :>

The Shadowcallers of Wispwillow Grove

Deep in the Wispwillow Grove, dragons dance in the moonlight and tiptoe through the trees. The home of tricksters and liars, they say, but what do they know?

Years ago, Frostdark and Shadowmoon, the brave little fae and the nervous guardian, dared to leave the Sunbeam Ruins and instead make a home in the darkness.

Generations later, the Shadowcallers still pass down legends and stories from their past. Rumour has it that when Frostdark first arrived and swore she would forget the Lightweaver and the sunlight in which she was born, the Shadowbinder herself granted her the ability to control shadows.

But numbers are dwindling; the clan is starting to fall apart. Stories have always been a core part of its existence, only now some dragons are insisting that none of the old tales are true and magic that powerful belongs to the gods alone. Belladonna, the current leader, is barely able to prevent fights over pointless matters as emotions are running high.

All is not lost, however. Magic still runs in the blood of every Shadow-born dragon in the clan; it's only a matter of time before one of them steps up to take control. And who knows? Perhaps the Shadowbinder will return and choose another dragonet to continue Frostdark's legacy.

Thanks for taking the time to read, and I'm glad you enjoyed it! Haha, don't feel bad; my lore's actually a mess on my PC. I organize it before posting it on FR. It has to start *somewhere*. X3
