A clan built on questionable grounds. The oldest dragons in the clan remember feeling an uncomfortable, almost invasive, chaotic energy that would plague them with strange images or nightmares during their sleep. Anything they cultivated in-territory had a strange taste to it and spoiled quickly. These problems were brought up to the Queen, but she assured the clan they were minor issues.

CLAN OF EIRE
Many centuries later, the problem seemed to disappear like magic. Eire Tundra is recognized a cozy clan, home to dragons from every flight. A regime has since been established. The Queen is uniquely fair, if not dispassionate, but far from authoritarian. The aristocracy has the highest authority and functions like a council of sorts. The other factions have their fair share of political influence, and much of their warring is done through intrigue on the micro-level, mostly keeping the Queen free from judicial matters.

ALLIED CLANS
Towards the beginning of her reign, the Queen focused on securing political alliances to guarantee the safety of her budding clan. Now, most political matters are handled by Ioneire. She embodies the charisma of her royal heritage and excells at diplomatic relations. As of the present, Clan Eire is allied with the dragons of the Tranquil Island, Winterhearth of the Snowsquall Tundra, Clan Scuridae of the Beacon of the Radiant Eye, and the wandering dragons of the Southern Icefields

♕ ARISTOCRACY ♕
This faction consists of the dragons in the clan with a level of authority in some aspect. The Queen reigns above all, but priests, knights, and leaders also reside within this faction. One can be born into aristocracy or claw their way into it. They can boast authority and command respect, but they are not exempt from their duties. The Queen directly manages this faction, but the head of faction is Ioneire.

✠ THE CHURCH ✠
This faction is in charge of Temple preparations and encourage piety to the Icewarden. The Queen favors this faction because she is especially pious. This faction is headed by the high priestess, Candygirl.

₪ SCHOLARS ₪
Dragons with any talent in literacy are encouraged to join this faction, because most of the archival work and history records are done by just two dragons: Arkasha and Meili. They are in desperate need of help, and their faction is subsidized by the queen, so they have stable footing in political matters. Moonstone heads this faction.

🕯 MYSTICS 🕯
These dragons have the same lust for knowledge that the Scholars do, but while the Scholars study the material, dragons of the Mystic faction study the immaterial. Arkasha has a foot in both factions, and is the head of this one. Having him as the figurehead has become a great deterrent to dragons who have a mind to go too far in their research.

𝔓 COMBATANTS 𝔓
A dragon with any degree of combat training would do well to join this faction. It is split up into two major subgroups: the hunters and the soldiers. Exaltees are trained by the head of the faction, Lixa, before they are sent off to the Icewarden. This faction also houses scouts and escort knights.

🏵 ARTISANS 🏵
The dragons in this faction are creators of some sort. Artists, craftsmen, and performers inhabit this faction. Art is held in high regard within Clan Eire, so the artisans guild has a lot of political power as well. Fortune is the head of faction.

◉ MERCHANTS ◉
This faction works closely with the artisan faction, as they are often the purveyors of their produced goods. There are some merchants who stay in the Icefields year-round, but most of them take to traveling Sorineth to collect and sell foreign goods. They are the main source of income for the clan.

I just saw your dragon Luciance on the front page, and I think he looks really lovely! he reminds me of my dragon Zygaxx, who's one of my favorite dragons that I have.
