She ended up wandering into the clan's location due to a strange magical attraction she felt. Being quickly accepted into the clan she and Stormcircuit started talking and hanging out together. He showed her some of the cool stuff he had made, and she could translate between him and the faes in the clan. It was a working bond and they liked it.

During the nature celebration their clan had taken part in the exchange going on, where representatives from all over could go to a nature school to learn different sorts of magic. Because for reasons Cobalt didn't know, Toxin didn't want to go despite being their representative of the area, she ended up going. She had no clue what to expect until she met some dragons whose outlooks on school as a concept were rather negative. Spending time with them was how she ended up gaining such a perspective. While she payed attention to the lessons for the sake of her clan, she ended up longing to be with the friends she had made who frequently skipped. One day she even did so herself, having a good time with them. When the time came to leave they all said goodbye, all trying to write to each other.

Sometime later down the line a Coatl named Ethwin showed up. He seemed to like being around Ellazear-Fushilla, and she payed him no mind until one day he started talking to her. She didnt't mind him and due to being another coatl, he and Stormcircuit had become friends.
Ethwin and her had also become friends, perhaps closer than she and Stormcircuit had ever been. Never officialling mates, but still close.

"You don't want hatchlings, correct?"
"Shade no."

While originally she had picked up Stormcircuit's speaking patterns, the ones from her friends from Biomagica had also become apart of her.

"But would you be opposed to raising them?"
"Define raise."
"Being there for them when I'm not. However you interpret that."
An agreeable statement to her. She never thought it would actually happen until one day he spoke to her with three hatchlings.

"Yours?"
"Yeah, but the youngest is coming with me. Remember that conversation we had about raising?"
"You've spoken to someone like... Ellazear or Syrle who actually like hatchlings, right?"
"Of course. You can keep up the whole "raising" thing, right?"
"I'll try."

He had left, but he had also left a part of him to be remembered by.

"So apparently I'm supposed to help raise them or be there for them or something,"she said, speaking with Stormcircuit. "You wanna help?"

Some guy named Ethwin trusted her to watch over his kids. She considers it sort of babysitting since Dewdrop and Stormjewl were capable of doing stuff when they were I trusted into her care

At the academy she ended up befriending the rebel's which sparked her behaviour
She still writes letters to the friends she made at the academy.
