Former doctor in the Lightweaver's army. She is the only "Exalted" in my Clan w/o the Oath branding them (Rhiow aut Riazveri), meaning she can leave the Light territory any time she wants, but Rosa isn't immortal. She joined the ranks of the Lightweaver because she wanted to help people and see the world, and what better way than to be an army medic?
She met Gloria in the army before she was a Paladin, and before she was even Gloria. Many dragons in the Lightweaver's army fell for Rosa at some point or another, and who wouldn't? She was charming and caring, and she saved hundreds of people's lives. But the only person who made her fall for them was Gloria, a little rescue scared half to death, with eyes wide as the moon, but determined not to show Rosa how terrified she really was. At first, Rosa was mildly entertained, but after Gloria saved her life in a raid and almost dying in the process, she developed quite the crush on the Wildclaw. The two were happily married, and Rosa left the army to stay at home. For a time they lived together and talked about having children, but then Gloria was called back to the front, and she didn't hesitate to go. She was quickly rising through the ranks of the Riazven, and it wasn't long before Gloria was a Paladin, a hand of the Lightweaver. She got to travel all across Sorneith and roam Light, but she was almost never home anymore. Gone were the carefree summer days, the winter nights spent curled up by the fire, and any dreams of growing old together. Gloria became immortal, bound to a Goddess who cared little for her but from whom she could never escape from. Rosa grew lonely and thought of rejoining the ranks of the Riazven, but before she could do anything, their home was raided by people hoping to strike back against the Lightweaver and her Paladin. By the time the attackers left, their house and land were burnt to the ground, and Rosa was left to die in the rubble. She tried to keep herself alive with her healing magic, but the longer she used it, the more tired she became. In one final, desperate attempt to stay alive, she did something forbidden in Light: she used necromancy. She bound her soul to her wedding ring, then killed herself. She lay dead for a month, long enough for Gloria to return home and see her "corpse", before Rosa rose again as a lich. She tore herself out from her grave, not quite the same as before, but not completely gone. She remembers her name and that there is someone she must find, but anything other than that is gone. Her only clue is the worn down ring on her hand, the engravings that once were stark against the silver now faded with time.
