A confident-looking Guardian swaggers to you, eyes trained ahead of him as if determined to not look down. He succeeds in nearing bowling you over - first with his massive size, and then with the strong stench of salt that follows him.

Little do you know that you've just seen a minor celebrity.

Always smelling slightly of salt water and chemicals, Chlorine makes his living as the main creative force behind Sornieth's premiere dragon-made lagoons. With creative designs incorporating natural fauna, impressive jet streams, live animals, and just a touch of Water-sourced magics, this Arcane Guardian has installed watery dwellings inside many a palace, famed politician's household, and private garden - all at exorbitant prices, of course.

He's bit of an upper-class member himself, hoarding no small number of jewels, priceless scrolls, and exotic creatures, all of which were used to barter for one of his prized creations. His closest friends are allowed entry into his den within Eidolon City, where he is all too happy to provide tours of his fortunes. It stays heavily guarded by local mercenaries in his absence when Sornieth calls for his talents.

Despite being raised within birthclan Mavenlark in the Crystalspine Reaches, Chlorine has a natural knack for Water-based magic, which is heavily incorporated with his Arcane birthright to create powerful illusions within his lagoons. If one walks into his creations, they appear larger than life, with all sorts of fantasy creatures and settings crawling their premises. Time almost seems to slow down when you enter the water, which always matches the exact temperature the entering dragon wishes to feel - from the most frigid waters that the Icewarden's Floes can offer to water that might as well have been heated by the Flamecaller themself. Some dragons have even questioned if all of Chlorine's creations are simply extreme manipulations of magic; that his lagoons are simply large patches of dirt and his requests for expensive materials from his clients is merely a racket to add to his hoard...

His favorite food is watercress sandwiches with the crusts removed.

A stray note catches on the ocean breeze. Does it matter if his creations are nothing more than clever manipulations of magic, that they are such stuff that dreams are made on, and only solid at the point of contact? He won't answer--the very suggestion is insulting. High above, a seabird circles. Sunlight glints off polished gold and pristine marble. And still, he does nothing to hide the colour of his eyes.
