Tuli is never quiet, which probably doesn't make her the best librarian. She constantly sings under her breath, and when she cannot sing she will hum, and when she cannot hum she snaps her fingers and taps her claws against the stone floors.

The shelves of the Wind wing are lined with books containing the secrets of the Wind Flight, and chimes fill the background with gentle song. Tuli seems to be the second-most aware of the passing of time behind the earth librarian, and she decorates her domain for every festival.
